Our typical turnaround time is 24 hours.
What are the Pickup Days?
Pickup and deliveries are Monday through Friday. If we pickup an order on Friday, it will be returned the following Monday. We can make special requests for weekend pickup/deliveries.
Do you separate lights and darks?
We do not separate lights and darks. We use color catchers in every load to prevent color bleeding. We will separate on request.
What is the pricing structure?
Typically, we price per the pound. We can work a custom quote if you are looking for a flat rate price per item.

There are no contracts required.
What are you billing and invoice options?
We can set-up billing and invoicing per completion, weekly, every other week, or monthly invoices. We ask that there be a credit card on file.

How do you ensure the quality of laundry cleaning?
Our system has notes created specific to your order to ensure you receive consistent and quality service every time.
What measures do you take to prevent cross-contamination between different clients?
We process each order individually. We never mix customer order together. We also clean machines between customer orders.
Do you inspect items for damage or stains?
Yes. We notify you of any damaged items and set them aside. If we are unable to remove a stain we also notify and set the item aside. All orders that are damaged or stains unable to be removed we package them separately from the rest of the order.
